Melissa Rach
PARTNER/CO-FOUNDER, DIALOG STUDIOS
Melissa Rach is co-author of Content Strategy for the Web (second edition) and co-founder of Dialog Studios—a consultancy that helps clients use content wisely. A communications and content professional for nearly 20 years, Melissa has worked as a journalist, headed up an online division inside an organization, and led content consulting teams.

Cathy McKnight
PARTNER/PRINCIPAL ANALYST, DIGITAL CLARITY GROUP
A founding partner with Digital Clarity Group, Cathy has a passion for working with clients to maximize their potential for success and profitability by helping them find the right-fit systems of engagement that will increase their engagement with customers, prospects and employees.

Bob Egner
VICE PRESIDENT OF PRODUCT MANAGEMENT AND GLOBAL MARKETING, EPISERVER
At EPiServer, Egner is responsible for both the product management team and the global marketing team. In the music industry he would be a cross-over hit, charting in both marketing and technology. Egner's an engineer by education, a marketer by occupation, and a product manager by inclination.

Deane Barker
PARTNER/DIRECTOR OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT, BLEND INTERACTIVE
Deane is Director of Business Development and founding partner at Blend Interactive, a web strategy, design and development firm in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. He has 16 years of web experience, including implementation of large-scale enterprise content management systems and intranets.

Corey Vilhauer
USER EXPERIENCE STRATEGIST, BLEND INTERACTIVE
Corey Vilhauer is user experience strategist at Blend Interactive, where he handles content strategy, information architecture, and editor/end user quality assurance. He has been published by A List Apart and Contents magazine, and writes about content strategy at Eating Elephant.

Molly Malsam
USER EXPERIENCE DESIGNER, INDEPENDENT CONSULTANT
Molly has almost 20 years of usability and technical writing experience in a variety of industries, including software/web development, consumer and B2B products, telecommunications and health care. Molly is a jack of all trades, but especially enjoys iterative prototyping, user research and web metrics.
